Buttermilk Falls

Buttermilk Falls is a collection of three small waterfalls along a one-mile hiking trail in Okemo State Park in Ludlow, Vermont.

The first set of falls are a 3 minute walk from the road, and easily accessible. To continue along the trail, you’ll need to do a bit of climbing, but you’ll find additional swimming holes along the route.

Be forewarned, however, to check bacteria levels before taking a dip. Its advisable to avoid swimming especially within 48 hours after a rainfall.
